Hi there! My name is Gary Jader. I call this site laterjader.com because it's how I usually sign my correspondence and it's later in my career and my life.

This eclectic site is a compilation of my thinking and observations after 28 years in business, 16 years teaching college, 10 years in the performing arts, and seven years as a registered nurse.
